What is Suhoor?
Al-Ihsan Foundation Admin·Admin·alihsan admin
Suhoor is the meal eaten before Fajr (dawn). It carries barakah (blessing) and strengthens the body for fasting. Even a small amount (water, dates, a bite of food) carries a blessing.
The Prophet ﷺ taught us: “Eat suhoor, for in suhoor there is blessing.” - Bukhari
