Al-Ihsan Foundation is committed to ensuring that all communications and fundraising activities are conducted in an ethical, transparent, lawful and accountable manner.
We are committed to representing our work accurately to the communities we serve, our donors, partners and the public. We also uphold high standards of integrity, respect and stewardship in the way we communicate, raise funds and report on impact.

Our standards
Our Communications and Fundraising Policy aligns with recognised regulatory and sector standards, including:
- ACFID Code of Conduct
- ACFID Fundraising Charter
- ACNC Governance Standards
- Relevant Australian fundraising, privacy and consumer protection laws
- DFAT requirements, where applicable
These standards guide how we communicate with the public, engage supporters, manage donations and represent beneficiaries.

- respect donor restrictions or return funds where restrictions cannot be met
