Qurban with Ihsan: Honour the Legacy, Nourish the Ummah
Let your sacrifice reach the forgotten corners of the Ummah, and let your heart feel the barakah of these sacred days. Perform your Qurban with Ihsan—through excellence, sincerity, and care—nourishing lives, restoring dignity, and bringing joy to those who need it most.
"Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is your piety…" - Surah Al – Hajj, 22:37
The sacred days of Dhul Hijjah are upon us. The hearts of believers are stirred by a timeless call - to reflect, to worship, and to give. These are not ordinary days. They are the most beloved days to Allah ﷻ, a divine invitation to multiply our good deeds, renew our connection with our Creator, and follow in the footsteps of His most devoted servants.
"There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." - Al Bukhari
The Sacred Connection: Hajj, Arafah, and Qurban
Dhul Hijjah brings with it the greatest opportunities for worship, centred around three sacred moments: Hajj, the Day of Arafah, and Qurban (Udhiyah).
While pilgrims gather in Makkah to perform Hajj, the rest of the Ummah is offered a chance to draw near to Allah from wherever they are—through fasting, remembrance, prayer, and sacrifice.
The Day of Arafah - 9th Dhul Hijjah
On this most blessed day, pilgrims stand on the plains of Arafah, seeking forgiveness and pouring their hearts out to Allah. For those not at Hajj, fasting on this day holds immense reward. It is a day of deep humility and devotion.
"Fasting on the Day of Arafah expiates the sins of the previous year and the coming year." - Muslim
The Day of Eid – 10th Dhul Hijjah
Qurban also known as Udhiyah or Qurbani is performed on the Day of Eid al-Adha—also known as the Festival of Sacrifice. Muslims around the world honour the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), Khalil Allah. His tawakkul (trust in Allah) and absolute submission were unmatched. When commanded to sacrifice his beloved son, he obeyed without hesitation. In honour of this obedience, Allah ﷻ replaced the sacrifice with a ram.
It is through Qurban that we reflect the spirit of submission and share our blessings with the Ummah, those who would otherwise go without. Your Qurban is an echo of Ibrahim's faith, and an opportunity for yours to shine.
Qurban is not just a ritual. It is a spiritual legacy.
It is how we honour our Creator. It is how we serve His creation.
Alleviating Hunger and Poverty, One Qurban at a Time
In many parts of the world, meat is a rare luxury—some families go months or even years, without tasting it. For many, your Qurban may be the only meat they receive all year.
The distribution of this protein-rich, halal meat is more than sustenance. It is relief. It is dignity. It is a moment of celebration in the lives of:
- Orphans and vulnerable children
- Widows caring for their families
- Refugees and internally displaced people
- Elderly individuals and people with diverse abilities
- Communities in conflict and crisis zones
When you give Qurban, you don't just feed a family.
You revive hope.
You uphold a Sunnah.
You become a means of mercy.
Qurban Options: Simple, Clear, Impactful
At Al-Ihsan Foundation, your Qurban is performed with the highest Islamic standards. Our team sources healthy, well-nourished animals, and ensures every portion of meat is distributed with care and compassion.

The Prophetic Qurban: Revive the Sunnah of the Beloved
How many of us offer a Prophetic Qurban alongside our own? And how many even know that the Prophet ﷺ sacrificed not one, but two animals - one for himself, and one on behalf of those in his Ummah who could not afford to give?
This beautiful act of generosity is often overlooked.
Qurban isn't only the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), it's also a Sunnah our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ observed with deep sincerity and compassion.
"The Prophet ﷺ sacrificed two rams - one for himself and one on behalf of his Ummah who could not afford to offer a sacrifice." – Musnad Ahmad
This is a Sunnah flowing from compassion, mercy, and deep love for the Ummah.
Add a Second Qurban – Multiply Your Reward
Offer one Qurban to fulfil your personal obligation, and a second as a gift of mercy for those who long to give but cannot.
"Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah ﷺ you have the best example, for the one who hopes in Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah often." – Surah Al-Ahzab 33:21
To follow the Prophet ﷺ is to carry his compassion forward. And what better time than these blessed days of Dhul Hijjah, when deeds are multiplied and hearts are open?
By giving a second Qurban, you're not just increasing your reward, you're reviving a Sunnah, relieving hardship, and extending mercy across the Ummah.
Why Qurban with Ihsan?
- Because excellence (Ihsan) is not optional. It's part of faith.
- Because compassion isn't seasonal. It's a lifestyle.
- Because your Qurban deserves to go where it matters most.
Across the globe, our teams are on the ground, ensuring that every portion of meat reaches the hands—and hearts—of those often overlooked. Your Qurban is sacrificed, processed, and delivered with integrity and transparency, so you can fulfil your obligation with peace of mind.
We don't just perform a service. We serve the Ummah—with Ihsan.
The Time is Now
The days of Dhul Hijjah offer an immense opportunity for reward. These are the best days of the year—where even the smallest acts are multiplied. Will you let them pass without leaving your mark?
This is your moment to:
- Honour the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (AS)
- Feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and bring joy to children
- Draw nearer to Allah ﷻ through action, sacrifice, and sincerity
"No good deeds can be done at a time better than these first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah." – Sahih Al-Bukhari
