Do I still need to repent if I perform Kaffarah?
Yes. Kaffarah does not replace repentance.
A person should:
- Feel sincere regret
- Seek Allah’s forgiveness
- Resolve not to repeat the action
Kaffarah fulfils the obligation. Repentance heals the heart.
