If fasting is genuinely not possible, Kaffarah may be fulfilled by feeding the poor.

This applies only when there is reasonable certainty, such as:

1. Clear physical inability
2. Past medical experience
3. Advice from a trusted Muslim doctor

In this case, one must:

1. Feed 60 poor people two full meals each
