What is Kaffarah?
Al-Ihsan Foundation Admin·Admin·alihsan admin
Kaffarah is an Islamic expiation required when a serious religious obligation is knowingly and deliberately broken.
It is a way to:
- Seek Allah’s forgiveness
- Make amends for what was broken
- Fulfil a missed obligation properly
Kaffarah applies only in specific situations, not to every mistake.
